What is that and how
do we do that, you ask?
That depends, because we tailor our solutions based on the business needs of our clients. By definition, toLive is a holistic strategy that aligns business policies, organizational health, incentives/benefit plans and leadership support to enhance an organization's culture and improve its bottom line.
And that's where I come in, to do the research for our clients on what business solutions fit their needs best. Coming back to the work I love in organizational health, directing research for something I believe in so strongly. I love that toLive understands that improving individual and organizational well-being is MORE than corporate wellness. I appreciate that toLive is more than food. It is more than fitness. It is taking the best of what Sodexo has to offer and tailoring it in a strategic partnership with our clients.

While some may be skeptical of my glowing review – of how I've enjoyed working for a company after only 10 months on board (a work "honeymoon period") – I have to admit that I am extremely grateful to have landed at Sodexo. My former professional life was quite different than the one I have now. I am a self-professed academic nerdy type – a behavioral scientist by training and public health practitioner. For the past 15 years I worked with the federal government (National Institutes of Health) and in universities.
But, the story of how I came to Sodexo merits telling. A year before I even considered leaving the NIH, I found Debra Dailey on LinkedIn as the VP of Health and Productivity for Sodexo. I wanted to connect with her, simply to share best practices and perhaps to collaborate in some way. Deb and I kept missing each other and never met in person. A year later when I applied for my current position with toLive and I found out she was my potential future boss, I was very excited!
I work on toLive. Many people don't know what toLive is yet. That's ok, I will make sure we all find out. toLive is an example of a Comprehensive Service Solution offered by Sodexo that helps create an exemplary workplace experience.

But at the end of the day, toLive is about helping an employer to become BEST IN CLASS (or to stay that way!). It's that simple. toLive also provides incredible accountability for its end-to-end business solutions because we measure – quite rigorously, I might add – everything we do.
