I noticed Sodexo has positions with numbers that follow, such as Manager 1,2,etc. To save everyone time, does the higher number indicate a higher level position, or do you work "up" to number 1?
Thanks for the question. Yes, the higher numbers generally represent a larger scope of responsibility in the position while Manager 1's and 2's are more entry level roles.
