I find that positive career growth at Sodexo to be very difficult to achieve. The opportunities and promoting from within are difficult to acquire. I have no support people or person to help me with my career growth. The company’s culture does not flourish at my job at Sodexo. During a phone interview with a recruiter I was told that without Sodexo management systems experience, I could not grow with my career. My unit has told me without being a manager I cannot learn the Sodexo management systems. It is a catch 22 and at this point in my career I do not have time for games, take my word for it.
