In honor of Gay & Lesbian Federal Heritage Month we invited Joe Hoffman, Director of Information Systems for Sodexo and Chair of Sodexo's Network Group, People Respecting Individuality, Diversity and Equality (PRIDE) to write about his career at Sodexo. Joe decided to get creative on us and submit a video instead!

Networks are organized around a common dimension of diversity and are created by employees who want to raise awareness in Sodexo of their identity groups.

Joe Hoffman, Director of Information Systems for Sodexo, resides in Phoenix Arizona. Joe supports the higher education market vertical and manages a team of technology experts who provide tomorrows solutions today. Joe has a B.S. in Agribusiness from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Outside of work, Joe's interests include travel, home improvement (his home is under constant remodeling), his workplace equality efforts with Pride and supporting the local community.
